VP, R&D Formulation

Seeking a Vice President of R&D Formulation to lead and scale formulation efforts across the product portfolio of our supplement and cosmetic businesses. This is a key executive leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief R&D Officer. Responsibilities include managing a team of formulators and overseeing product formulation, prototyping, sensory testing, and stability studies. The role involves designing formulations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and build a high-performing formulation team. The role also needs someone to drive partnerships with co-manufacturers, manage R&D budgets, and serve as a thought leader for new technologies.
