About the Team:
- The Brand Ad Formats team drives development of ad formats that help advertisers maximize reach and brand impact.
- They build customizable interactive formats and AI-driven ads incorporating User-Generated Content, focusing on high-visibility awareness solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical strategy for Video Ads, partnering with Product and Design to build a roadmap.
- Provide technical guidance and design reviews to build scalable ad formats for millions of users.
- Drive the full development lifecycle from prototyping to deployment, mentoring senior engineers.
What We Expect:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android patterns.
- Prior experience in Ad Tech building rich-media mobile experiences and a product mindset for UI polish.
- Fluency with experimentation tools and experience leveraging GenAI to increase productivity.
