IT Process Automation Manager (Asana, G-suite)

Lead the transformation of our operations by automating workflows in Asana, managing our Google Workspace backbone, and ensuring seamless deployment of new IT solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: Workflow Standardization and Automation in Asana (60%); Design and implement scalable project and task management workflows in Asana. Collaborate with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks, define standards, and support cross-functional project visibility; Google Workspace (G-Suite) Administration (20%); Manage user accounts, groups, access controls, and configurations within Google Workspace. Respond to internal service requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with security and operational policies; User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT Solutions (20%); Conduct structured testing of new IT tools and enhancements to ensure functionality, usability, and business alignment prior to deployment; Document results and work with IT teams on improvements.
