Job Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end scheduling and coordination of HCP education programs, including faculty booking, contracts, and payments.
- Build and maintain master calendar and keep Salesforce records current.
- Provide administrative support, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.
Skills Needed:
- Experience coordinating medical education in med device or pharma.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with HCP interaction rules and Salesforce preferred.
Educational Requirements:
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience working with HCPs in med device or pharma.
