Role Overview:
- Support day-to-day operations within the Speaker Programs Office.
- Serve as primary operational resource for field representatives, speakers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage speaker nomination, contracting, compliance, and payment workflows.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and real-time status visibility.
- Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and field teams.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in speaker bureau or HCP engagement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and FMV.
- Experience with Salesforce and high-volume operations.
