About the Role:
- Turn pipeline targets into field-executable programs and own execution.
- Run hygiene checkpoints and surface risks and upside behind the plan.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate cross-functional program delivery across regions and segments.
- Track performance and identify process improvements in Salesforce and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in Sales/Sales Ops/RevOps with strong program delivery.
- Salesforce and BI skills; basic SQL a plus; clear communication.
