Job Description
The Breakfast Cook contributes to the overall success of the culinary team by getting our guests started each day with a hearty breakfast. Working overnight, the Breakfast Cook is responsible for producing all required items as per contract scope daily, while maintaining a clean and enticing display of products during service.
The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with amenities such as meals, accommodations, travel, private room with cable television, access to Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a gym. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking breakfast, ensuring food quality, equipment operation, safety, and sanitization, complying with food safety regulations, and proper storage and rotation of food supplies.
Breakfast Cooks work on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays. The hourly wage starts at $22.48.
