ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Updating coverage levels and preparing enrollment documents.
- Resolving enrollment discrepancies and determining eligibility.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
