What You'll Do:
- Processes applications, policies, endorsements related to client services.
- Assists clients with coverage, exclusions, and answers questions.
- Conducts renewal process, exposure analysis, and market comparisons.
Marketing:
- Determine strategy, including coverage, pricing, and marketing.
- Submit applications with documentation and ensure timely quotes and policies.
- Negotiate premiums and commissions with underwriters.
Personal and Organizational Development:
- Manage workflow for efficient and accurate processing.
- Maintain relations with clients, co-workers, carriers, and vendors.
- Improve knowledge and performance through industry information and technology.
