Administrative Analyst, Systems - ERP

The Administrative Analyst, Systems - ERP is responsible for supporting the administration, change control, and deployment of customizations withing our Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. The role is ideal for an Epicor generalist who thrives on reducing support tickets through proactive problem-solving and process improvement. The analyst will work closely with the ERP team, and cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and smooth transitions from test to production environments. This role will assist in end user management and security controls for those users. The analyst will play a key part in maintaining and enforcing change control procedures for ERP modifications. They will manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in Epicor Kinetic, ensure compliance with security protocols and audit requirements, and document changes and maintains version controls in a highly organized manner. They must also support process improvement and automation initiatives.
