Translate strategies developed by Research Restructuring Commission (RRC) and OHSU Leadership into operational processes and best practices, developing and implementing institution-wide clinical research centralization and improvements. Lead centralization efforts to achieve efficiency, compliance, and excellent service, coordinating with various teams and faculty to effect change management. Provide assistance to centralized pre- and post-award grants and finance support.

Partnering closely with the Tools & Process Adoption Manager, you’ll train, support, and inspire team members to get the most out of our systems—fueling their success and shaping the future of how we work.

Reporting to the AVP, Enterprise Applications & Projects, the Cred & Enrollment Systems Director, will be responsible for the upkeep and utilization of the credentialing and enrollment software, CredentialStream. The role includes ownership of the CredentialStream vendor partnership and relationship, credentialing and enrollment workflow development and maintenance, system optimization and enhancements. The role also involves working collaboratively with credentialing and enrollment leaders, implementation, operations, and Privia IT/software development teams to maximize the value of the platform.
