Technical Project Lead - Data and Analytics

Role Overview:

• Lead data and AI initiatives from discovery through delivery, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks while providing coaching and support to project teams.

Client Engagement & Solution Design:

• Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and providing strategic guidance on data and analytics.
• Elicit and clarify business needs through interviews and process analysis, then translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of project management experience with the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI.
• Strong communication, leadership, and business analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL and agile methodologies.
