Job Description
This role requires performing contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions. Ensure all files in the Company's Transaction Management System are reviewed timely (48hrs). Effectively and promptly communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents and providing explanation and assistance. Work with the Broker team by supporting efforts to ensure compliance. Other duties may be assigned. This is a remote position based in Florida; candidates must be licensed and based in the State of Florida.
