SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Business Process Lead

About the Role:

• Own the PLM workstream on an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Business-first role focused on outcomes, not technical scope.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business through PLM transformation.
• Guide fit-to-standard workshops and resolve dependencies.
• Maintain process integrity across design, build, deployment.

Requirements:

• Deep SAP process design experience, grounded in business operations.
• Know SAP S/4HANA PLM: BOM, formulation, specs, change management.
• Experience creating process flows; BPMN preferred.

Additional Details:

• $115-130/hour, 1099 contract, no benefits.
• Remote with some travel to client site.
