Job Description
Technology Leadership:
- Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Provide senior leadership and oversight of all technology functions.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements.
Mortgage Technology:
- Oversee core mortgage technology platforms.
- Ensure compliance with applicable mortgage and financial regulations.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure audit readiness.
Innovation and Modernization:
- Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and modern technologies.
- Lead enterprise data strategy, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Design, scale, and oversee offshore technology and operational support teams.
