This position is responsible for leading the enterprise applications, data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions within the IT organization. This includes developing and executing strategies for enterprise applications, data governance, and AI-driven solutions. The role provides leadership and direction to ensure that the enterprise applications and data aligns with business objectives and delivers value across the enterprise.

Lead the vision, strategy, optimization, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Business applications, including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian Suite, Clinical Trials Management Systems, etc. This role will be responsible for ensuring our application platform effectively supports Natera's current and future business needs across all functional areas. Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP and CRM strategy aligned with Natera's overall business objectives and IT roadmap.

The AI Governance Advisory group is seeking a Senior AI Governance Advisor to advise customers on using and commercializing AI responsibly. You will engage with colleagues, account teams, and customers to advise customers looking to implement AI Governance. This role will report to the Global Head of AI Governance Advisory and will be accountable for providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
