Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Kickstarter is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their Finance team. This role is critical in managing budgeting, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and vendor analysis processes that support Kickstarter’s ongoing growth and financial operations. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Manager, FP&A will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and streamlined financial systems. In this role, you will lead and manage the budgeting process, perform budget variance analyses, prepare and deliver financial reports, oversee vendor review and transaction reconciliation processes, and support the transition to the Mosaic financial platform. You'll also work cross-functionally with teams to ensure financial data integrity.
