Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of residential property matters, focusing on lease extensions, deed of variation, surrender, registering charges, easement/wayleave, and restrictive covenants. The role also includes leasehold property advice and general residential property queries, advising clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.
