Job Description
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, guided by Sales Operations Leadership and experienced Salesforce Developers in our RevOps team. Lead Salesforce Development : Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. Drive process improvements: Adapt and update Salesforce architecture as-needed to maintain continuity of operations and support the growth of the business Application development : Basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. Testing & Debugging : Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; debug issues and ensure system stability. UAT & Stakeholder Coordination : Lead UAT testing, gather feedback, and work with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance. Coding Best Practices & Data Quality : Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure data consistency and integrity. Technical Documentation : Create and maintain system architecture, API, and operational documentation.
