Job Description
As a Technical Program Manager, Websites & MarTech, you will oversee website operations, optimize workflows, and manage vendor and agency relationships. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and delivering impactful web and MarTech initiatives. This role blends technical knowledge, program management, and agency oversight.
Be responsible for website operations and workflow management, ensuring projects and updates are efficiently driven. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. Optimize website development and content processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Partner with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, content, and MarTech) to align priorities, coordinate work, and streamline execution. Collaborate with engineering, data, and MarTech teams to define technical solutions, integrations, and platform improvements. Identify and mitigate cross-team risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery. Track and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to ensure clarity and accountability. Maintain project tools and systems (Asana, Jira, Google Workspace) to keep workflows organized. Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for website management, including QA, deployments, and updates. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for outsourced work and vendor engagements.
