Job Description
As the first product hire, you'll take ownership of the product lifecycle, from shaping roadmap and strategy to executing sprint cycles and building LLM powered features. This is a deeply technical role that requires strong fluency in product development, AI and LLM technologies, and UX. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, early stage environments. You'll collaborate closely with engineers to design intelligent agent workflows, launch personalized messaging experiences, and establish product development best practices that enable speed without sacrificing quality. We're looking for a hands on builder who brings a mix of scrappiness and structure, can turn complexity into intuitive customer experiences, and is excited about the intersection of generative AI and commerce. Experience in ecommerce, outbound engagement, or integrations with platforms like Shopify or CRMs is a plus.
