Job Description
You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on data privacy and security matters. This includes advising on compliance with regulations like CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, PDPA, and PIPEDA. You will design and implement a company-wide data privacy and governance program, review products for privacy-by-design principles, and draft/negotiate privacy-related contract terms. You will also manage consumer rights requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct training programs, monitor changes in privacy laws, and lead the legal response to data security incidents.
