Marketing Project Coordinator

Project & Workflow Management:

• Own and manage the team's project management system.
• Manage project intake and triage.
• Maintain project calendars across all active campaigns and initiatives.

Research & Project Preparation:

• Coordinate with ministry leads, network directors, and internal stakeholders to gather content, assets, approvals, and project details before work begins.
• Research and compile background information, audience insights, and relevant context to support campaign planning and creative development.

Production Support:

• Provide light production assistance to reduce bandwidth constraints across the team, including basic graphic creation using existing brand elements.
• Ensure all production support output adheres to Alpha USA brand guidelines.
