Software Engineer - Mobile Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Tailscale product with a focus on iOS and Android using Swift, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests, work on cross-target code sharing, and support mobile VPN infrastructure.
• Provide support for the latest Apple and Android platform features while maintaining compatibility with older systems.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong understanding of mobile platform capabilities and limitations.
• Proficiency in Go is desirable, along with experience in general networking concepts like DNS, VPNs, and IP Networking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, give constructive feedback, and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
