You are the highest technical authority and still the best Echo (Mission Integrator) in the building.
Accountable for delivery outcomes but focused on setting the technical bar and unsticking hard problems.

What You'll Own:

Define and teach the mission-outcome method; call whether a proposed outcome is real and buildable.
Maintain the technical standard for ontology, data model, security, testing, and design review.
Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Echo corps and Delivery Operations.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

Still build hands-on in a real customer environment this year.
Can hold a technical bar under pressure and tell a hiring manager no when needed.
Are credible with a general officer in the morning and in an ontology design session in the afternoon.
