Senior Data Tech Lead

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering team, guiding decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries.
• Act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, and development teams.
• Contribute to solution and architecture design.

Data Architecture and Engineering:

• Define and evolve data architecture, including Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Design strategies for data ingestion, integration, and transformation from multiple sources.
• Lead migration of data from SharePoint to SQL Server and implement transactional and analytical layers.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Work directly with the client to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Provide technical guidance to Data Developers and contribute to team growth.

Tools and Technologies:

• Leverage SQL Server, Python, Databricks, Azure, and Power BI.
• Ensure best practices for data quality, performance, governance, and scalability.
• Nice to have: Microsoft Power Platform, SAP, Supply Chain knowledge.
