Client Service Coordinator

Root Financial is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator. This entry-level role supports both clients and colleagues with service-related requests and is perfect for expanding knowledge of finance. As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll assist in key tasks ensuring efficient operations and excellent service. The position helps with account applications and service-related requests. This role is a 9-month program to help transition into a Client Service Associate (CSA) position. Key responsibilities include processing HubSpot tickets, preparing account applications, collaborating on paperwork, and executing client-facing tasks. Success is measured by accuracy, timeliness, and readiness for promotion to CSA.
