Job Description
This role is responsible for building and delivering the next generation of Digital Forensics products which help investigators get to truth while protecting the innocent. You will be a founding member of the team responsible for delivering our SaaS platform in a FedRAMP environment, starting with the build-out of the environment and systems, and continuing into high performance operations of the products within that environment.
Collaborate with your team, product teams, and vendors to build out and maintain a compliant environment; Deploy and operate SaaS products in the FedRAMP environment; Identify and advocate for improvements across Process, Tools and Architecture. Participate in support calls with customer and professional services team for timely resolution of issues.
