Director of Expansion and Growth Engineering

As Director of Expansion and Growth Engineering at Render, you’ll lead the engineering teams responsible for scaling our core product to support key customers and driving monetization through experimentation-led growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing—owning the technical strategy and execution behind high impact initiatives that accelerate adoption and expand our footprint in the mid-market and enterprise segments. You’ll lead the team to identify and execute on high impact opportunities for scaling enterprise usage. This includes building new services, improving observability and security tooling, and collaborating with customers and sales to better serve our largest and most strategic accounts. This role is a rare opportunity to drive business impact through both the top of the funnel and deep customer partnerships, while building out a critical department and engineering culture as a whole.
