AI Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Analyst

Role Overview:

• Work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise governance.
• Turn business challenges into practical AI agents and automated workflows.
• Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence with reusable solutions and documentation.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows.
• Integrate with CRM, ERP, and data sources via APIs and low-code platforms.
• Evaluate AI platforms, monitor performance, and maintain technical infrastructure.

Collaboration and Governance:

• Partner with business functions to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Establish ROI metrics and support change management for AI adoption.
• Contribute to governance policies and maintain AI Center of Excellence assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AI agent frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
