Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the Lifecycle Marketing team by executing email and SMS campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Emarsys. This role involves designing creative assets in Photoshop, writing and editing marketing copy, building automated flows, segmenting audiences, pulling performance reports, and performing QA checks. The ideal candidate will learn digital storytelling and strategy to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases. This role is purely focused on retention marketing via email and SMS. Key responsibilities include designing email and SMS graphics using Photoshop, writing short-form copy for emails and SMS, and building and scheduling email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and Emarsys.
