Senior Product Marketing Manager

Lead the marketing efforts for Deel’s contractor solutions, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our contractor offerings. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define and articulate product positioning, unique value propositions, and key differentiators, as well as develop and implement launch plans for new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market presence and revenue growth. Create compelling marketing collateral and work closely with the sales team. Leverage customer feedback and data analytics to optimize marketing strategies.
