About the Role:
- You will own the hardware and firmware roadmap for Equipment Monitoring devices.
- Drive NPI from concept through mass production, managing certifications and reliability.
- Report to VP of Connected Devices and partner with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Define and prioritize firmware features for deployed devices.
- Lead device partnerships and hard trade-offs across BOM cost, power, and connectivity.n- Translate customer signals into clear PRDs and specs.n
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of PM experience with IoT/connected hardware NPIs.n- Technical fluency in battery-powered systems and firmware roadmaps.n- Proven ownership of field reliability and cross-functional leadership.
