Revenue Cycle Specialist l

Ensures optimum reimbursement and works to improve the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle. The specialist is responsible for timely responses to internal and external customers and works as part of a multi-departmental team to provide answers to billing inquiries. This role provides a variety of revenue cycle support services in connection to day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include processing and following up on payer issues, researching and resolving account activity, and communicating billing methods and principles to customers. The specialist maintains accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system and accounts, collectively working with the team to meet organizational targets.
