Sr. Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Administer the Sigma BI platform and partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable dashboard solutions.
• Plan and prioritize the reporting roadmap and drive internal adoption through user training and communication of platform capabilities.
• Ensure consistent KPI definitions, data accuracy, and documentation across all reporting and own maintenance of PDF-based lender reports.

Technical Ownership:

• Lead the migration of existing PowerBI and SSRS reports into Sigma, prioritizing the backlog in partnership with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of migrated versus outstanding reporting inventory and ramp up on the Taktile decisioning platform.
• Progressively own maintenance of existing flows, support new flow development, and write complex SQL queries in Databricks.

Collaboration and Requirements:

• Collaborate with external partners and lenders on reporting requirements and delivery, supporting the long-term buildout of embedded lender reporting.
• Collaborate on ETL improvements and data pipeline reliability, operating independently to manage competing priorities.
• Requires 4+ years in data analytics or BI engineering, advanced SQL expertise, and experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
