We are seeking a Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant to join our teams. The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration, with a proven track record of participation in complex integration projects.
Key Responsibilities include providing expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products, performing BMC development, configuration, and integration using technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions, conducting workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations and staying updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates.
