Pioneer Talent Program - Full Stack Engineer (Front-end Oriented, APAC Remote)

About the Role:

• As AI transforms engineering, this program seeks full stack engineers to act as 'seeds' across product teams.
• You'll help establish an autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflows.
• Act as a full stack 'seed' within your team, mentoring peers and scaling AI-augmented development.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of professional experience with solid fundamentals in Java or Golang, plus Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
• Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools and able to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
