Commercial Counsel

Lead the review, negotiation, and strategic management of complex agreements with clients, vendors, and partners, including those that are highly customized, novel, or cross-functional in nature. Conduct ad hoc legal analysis and provide legal counsel in support of strategic initiatives and emerging business. Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders across business units, delivering strategic, solutions-oriented legal counsel that aligns business goals with risk posture and drives stakeholder alignment. Collaborate with other cross-functional leaders on challenges, forecasting, and process alignment. Work with enablement teams to improve trainings and educate stakeholders on legal positions, contract legal risks, and best practices. Refine and maintain contract standards and escalation policies. Engage with outside counsel as needed. Provide contract related support for corporate transactions and other projects based on company needs.
