Summary:
- Own small to medium OutSystems low-code solutions and features from design through production with minimal guidance.
- Improve solution quality and team practices, mentor Application Developer 1 teammates, and participate in weekly on-call rotation.
Essential Duties:
- Lead implementation of OutSystems Reactive Web applications and workflow automation features in Service Studio.
- Conduct reviews, support production solutions, and apply sound solution architecture principles.
- Partner with product and design on solution shaping, highlighting risks and tradeoffs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year hands-on OutSystems development experience with strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Proficient in OutSystems platform, Service Studio, Integration Studio, and web stack (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL).
- Ability to troubleshoot using logs, execution history, and clear root-cause analysis.
