Your skills and experience:
- Leading user research activities on projects.
- Conducting ethical research and ensuring safety.
- Producing user journeys, stories, and needs.
How we work:
- Work hand-in-hand with clients, sometimes embedded in their teams.
- Broaden skills by working closely with interaction, content designers and developers.
- User Researchers support each other in weekly meet-ups to share work and learn.
