Role and Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling responses and proposals for complex, high-value strategic opportunities globally, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate with Sales Distribution, Bid, Commercial Teams, and Subject Matter Experts to draft narratives and incorporate bespoke solutions, value propositions, and win strategies.

Stakeholder and Process Management:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information for high-quality written products delivered to customers.
  • Identify areas for improvement within bid processes, driving innovation and efficiency through mentorship and capacity building for relevant teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's preferred, and a minimum of six years of experience in bid writing for health, defense, medical, or security sectors.
  • Possess exceptional writing and editing skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines in high-stakes environments.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills, with fluency in English and experience in cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
