Principal AI/ML Platform Engineer

This role involves technical leadership and hands-on engineering:

• Define and implement the technical vision for AI/ML platforms.
• Build and operate core platform components like data access pipelines and model registries.
• Design, deploy, and optimize end-to-end ML/DL/GenAI infrastructure.

Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure governance, security, and compliance are embedded into AI/ML pipelines.
• Implement bias detection, hallucination prevention, and audit trails.
• Adhere to regulatory standards like HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, and GDPR.

Innovation and Mentorship:

• Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and integrate new approaches.
• Lead and mentor engineers and data scientists.
• Establish best practices for reproducibility and observability.
