• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and ML platforms.
• Create scalable, compliant, and high-performance AI/ML systems.
• Set engineering standards, mentor teams, and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI techniques.

• Build and enhance ML frameworks that support end-to-end ML development and deployment.
• Develop cloud tooling using Terraform, AWS Managed Services, EKS, and Ray to enable scalable ML operations.
• Design and build dashboards and visualization tools for monitoring and analysis.

You would be working in our pre-training team focused on building out our distributed training and inference of Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a hands-on role that focuses on software development best practices, maintenance, and code architecture. You will have access to thousands of GPUs to verify changes.
