PMO Coordinator

The PMO Coordinator (m/f/d) will provide essential support to the SAP Program, called North Star, focusing on deployment and data. This role ensures the smooth coordination of project activities, governance, and reporting while assisting in managing risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement related to change management and testing phases. You will support PMO processes, ensuring compliance with project methodologies and governance standards as well as project governance by maintaining project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers. You will also support communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of deployment activities and changes. You'll act as a point of contact for project teams, ensuring alignment with PMO best practices, and facilitate coordination between technical teams and business users during deployment phases.
