Senior Content Specialist

Lead high-impact content workflows and help scale content ingestion and master data processes. You'll operate at the heart of content operations, ensuring the structured ingestion, validation, and delivery of complex airline data across multiple geographies and carriers. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in detail-driven environments and brings a strong understanding of operational workflows, content systems, and air freight industry nuances. Own end-to-end content workflows for high-priority rate and routing data. Optimise ingestion processes, tools, and documentation for scale. Conduct in-depth quality control and resolve complex data inconsistencies. Mentor and support junior content specialists and lead by example. Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on tooling improvements. Document and evolve standards and playbooks across workflows. Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain structured datasets and master data quality across systems.
