Manager, SAR Filing — BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations

About the Role:

• The Manager, SAR Filing leads the SAR and CTR filing function within BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations.
• This role ensures compliance with BSA, FinCEN, and OCC supervisory expectations through accurate and timely filings.
• Reporting to the VP, SAR Filing, the manager supervises analysts and manages day-to-day review of SAR referrals.

What You Will Do:

• Manage timeliness, quality, and accuracy of SAR/CTR filings and FinCEN e-filing.
• Supervise analysts, own the intake process, and balance volume across internal and external resources.
• Coordinate least-privilege access for offshore staff and provide independent QA of consultant output.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CAMS preferred.
• 6+ years BSA/AML experience with direct SAR/CTR filing in a regulated financial institution.
• 2+ years people leadership and strong knowledge of SAR narratives and funds flows.
