Social Outreach Associate (Contract)

About the Role:

• You'll be the human voice of our endorser outreach, sending personalized messages and building real relationships.
• You'll reach local voices on TikTok and other platforms to start conversations about races and issues.
• Your job is to guide people to endorse candidates they believe in, so voters can vote the whole ballot with confidence.

Key Outcomes:

• Run consistent daily outreach using pre-sourced leads and pre-drafted messages, personalizing where it counts.
• Convert conversations into published endorsements on Change.vote across California and Florida races.
• Keep clean records of every touch and flag creators with larger followings as potential paid partnership prospects.

Who You Are:

• You have warm, natural written communication in a casual social voice.
• You're reliable and follow through with consistent daily volume without close supervision.
• You have empathy and strong people instincts, making strangers feel heard.

Compensation & Logistics:

• This is an hourly contract role, up to 40 hrs/week, from late September through November 3, 2026.
• Remote within the United States, with hourly rates ranging from $37.27 to $43.85 depending on location.
• Two weeks of paid onboarding provided.
