Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned campuses while expanding @Vote’s reach by bringing new university partners into the program.
- Build meaningful relationships with Student Body Presidents and campus leaders, conducting regular check-ins and representing @Vote at meetings and conferences.
- Track activation goals, monitor engagement, and encourage participation to help each school succeed in voter registration.
Growth and Support:
- Identify and recruit new student government partners by leveraging personal networks and collaborating on outreach strategies.
- Coordinate graphic design requests, social media graphics, QR codes, and event planning materials to support partners.
- Maintain accurate records of partner updates, campus activity, and success stories, and submit resource requests to internal teams.
Weekly Expectations:
- Check in with every assigned campus, respond to partner messages within 24 hours, and track activation progress.
- Attend weekly team meetings, share one campus success story, and conduct outreach to prospective partner schools.
- Help partners identify registration opportunities and contribute to expanding @Vote’s national campus network.
