Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding, data validation and adoption activities, serving as point of contact for partner institutions.
- Work directly with institutional partners to understand and troubleshoot data anomalies.
- Track onboarding and engagement progress across multiple partner institutions.
Experience and Skills:
- 3-7 years hands-on experience with student information systems or degree audit systems.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary range $73,000 – 92,000 per year.
- Includes medical, dental, vision, 10% retirement contribution, paid parental leave, 22 PTO days, 11 holidays, 12 sick days.
- Remote work within the continental US.
