Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Director to design and execute innovation pilots, managing subgrants, compliance, and contracts.

  • Contribute to funding proposals, donor reports, and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of program management or related experience.
  • Strong project management, communication, and commitment to democracy and equity.
  • Experience with technology in education or higher education administration welcomed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-time remote position with travel for staff gatherings and coalition events.
  • Salary range $70,000-$75,000, with national healthcare coverage, generous PTO, and employer retirement contribution.
